To check and set the cookie option in your browser, follow these steps:
Internet Explorer 5.x
- From the Tools menu on the top bar of your browser, select Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab in the window.
- Click on the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down until you see Cookies. In the Allow cookies that are stored on your computer list, Enable should be selected.
- If Enable is not selected, click the option button to select it.
- Click OK.
- You will receive a message asking if you are sure. Click the Yes button.
- Click the Apply button.
- Click OK.
- Please restart your browser to ensure the change in your settings. Then try to log in again.
Netscape 4.x
- Click the Edit button on the top menu bar of your browser.
- Next, select Preferences.
- Click on Advanced.
- Under Cookies, Accept all cookies should be selected.
- If not, click the option button to select it.
- Click OK.
- Please restart your browser to ensure the change in your settings. Then try to log in again.
