Interactive Home Improvement Web Site Names Two to Board of Directors

TUCSON, Ariz. -- DIYonline.com announced today the appointment of Thilo D. Best, Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance for Holiday Retirement Corp., and Paul L. Baker, President & CEO of The Enterprise Group, Inc. to its board of directors. DIYonline.com nationally launched its new interactive Web site on March 6. DIYonline.com gives Do-It-Yourself consumers the ability to custom design and plan home improvement projects from the Web site, www.DIYonline.com.

DIYonline.com has created a business model that provides manufacturers and home centers a unique opportunity to reach their target market in a way that has not yet been available on the Internet. The company recently raised $6 million in private placement funding and strategic partnerships at key manufacturers and home centers are being finalized.

DIYonline.com allows consumers to design and plan more than 20 different home improvement projects online by using the company's free project design software. The project design software is easy to use and unique in that it enables consumers to specifically tailor a home improvement project design to meet their needs. Once consumers complete their design, they submit it to DIYonline.com and within 24 hours can access a custom Specification Kit for their project. The Specification Kit includes: custom designed project drawings, step-by-step how to instructions, a complete list of materials needed for the project (including a price list) and a list of local retailers or home centers where they can purchase the products.

The site offers more than 20 different Do-It-Yourself projects, ranging from intermediate to the more complex. Initially, design projects offered to consumers from the Web site include: Kitchen Designer, Deck Designer, Sprinkler Designer, Utility Shelf Designer, WorkBench Designer, Craftbench Designer, Gazebo Designer, Fence Designer, Paint Calculator, Wall Paper Calculator, Ceiling Tile Calculator, Bath Designer, Mini Greenhouse Designer, Garden Toolbox Designer, Bookshelf Designer, Deck Bench, Designer Coffee Table Designer, Table Terrarium Designer, Floor Tile Calculator, and Concrete Calculator. The company will continue to add new project software to the Web site.

ABOUT THILO BEST

Mr. Best joined Holiday Retirement Corporation in 1994. In his current position as Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance he is responsible for all capital market activities including corporate finance and project financing for all affiliated partnerships and limited liability companies, and acquisitions financing for Holiday's international investments. He is also responsible for negotiating and structuring acquisition and development of joint ventures involving institutional equity investors. Prior to this position, Best served as a Vice President for the Prudential Realty Group, where he founded and managed Prudential's National Senior Housing Lending Program.

Best is a partner in various senior housing related entities including Aurora Bay Investors, LLC. He is currently on the board of directors of Alert Care, a Canadian provider of assisted living, and the board of the National Investment Center (NIC) Best is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received a Masters in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management. He also received a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University.

ABOUT PAUL BAKER

Mr. Baker joined Arizona Mail Order Company, Inc. in 1975 as President and CEO. Arizona Mail Order Company was the successor to The Enterprise Group, Inc. where Baker now serves as President and CEO.

Baker is a past board member of Grossmont Bank and Young President's Organization. He is currently on the board of directors of the Arizona Bank, the University of Arizona Foundation, the United Way of Southern Arizona as well as an Officer of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and World President's Organization. He also serves as Trustee & Receiver for the Southern District Court of Arizona. Baker attended the University of Arizona.

DIYonline.com's headquarters are based in Tucson, Ariz., with a sales and marketing office located in Lexington, KY. The company employs over 40 personnel in both offices and anticipates continuing to hire personnel throughout the year. DIYonline.com provides Internet users the ability to custom design and implement Do-It-Yourself projects by using the company's proprietary software tools located on its Web site.
